We make every effort to insure accurate pricing. However, we do reserve the right to cancel any order based on availability changes or pricing errors posted on our site. This applies to items priced above or below the current correct price.
Once orders have been placed, processed and payment is approved, products ship via UPS unless you contact JET via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (Customer Service 904-602-8077) to arrange ‘other’ (LTL) shipping (please reference your order info). If ‘other’ shipping is arranged, the order’s price will be adjusted for billing.
Any deliveries via UPS or other freight truck, the delivering company will expect that your business is open to receive deliveries Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
Most freight (LTL) deliveries will arrive in a full size tractor trailer. Please notify JET Sales Solutions (at the time of order) if the location has any limited access issues that need to be addressed. If a lift gate is required, it needs to be requested when the order is placed (and shipping costs adjusted).
When an item exceeds standard UPS or USPS delivery options because it is too large or heavy, we will ship using a freight carrier. Freight deliveries are made using a semi trailer or box truck because of the delivered items being fastened to a pallet and requiring a fork lift or pallet truck to transport on and off the truck. Lift gate service to our residential/commercial customers is available and needs to be identified during the checkout process. You should contact us if you do not have a loading dock and forklift at your facility or residence to receive a pallet delivery.
If the product is damaged in any way, DO NOT REFUSE THE PRODUCT. Please receive the product and we will fix or replace the product working with the supplier/manufacturer. Refusing product does not eliminate or recuse the customer of deliver or return shipping costs.
If damaged, any and all damage must be noted on the Delivery Receipt in detail and signed by the driver. Please copy the Delivery Receipt and email or FAX it to JET Sales Solutions Customer Service and we will help with the claim to be filed with the trucking company, on your behalf.
